Returns & Refunds
While we hope you’ll be happy with the items you order from our website, we know you may sometimes need to return them. If you do, below is all the information you’ll need to know.
Is Your Item Of Poor Quality?
We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, we’re here to help. You can hand any poor quality items back to the driver at the time of delivery or call us to arrange for a collection time. We will either replace the poor quality item or refund your amount into your bank account.
Receiving Your Refund
If you’ve handed the item(s) back to the delivery driver or a member of staff (collection), we’ll arrange for a refund. We’ll refund your money in the same way you paid for your product i.e cash or direct bank transfer.
- Allow 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account in case of direct bank transfer.
